Home Office offers £14m funding to tackle crime

The Home Office has announced two funds worth £14m for voluntary sector organisations to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour. The funds will support local initiatives in England and Wales that empower communities to “reclaim their neighbourhoods”.

CN4B launched its Network Mentoring pilot programme

With funding from Birmingham Community Foundation we have now launched the pilot network mentoring programme. Activities will take place between now and March/April 2011, Culminating in a joint event in April 2011. Having cleared the selection and assessment stages for applicants, six have now been selected to move forward.
