Do you know about B’ham’s new Self-Portraits Project?

Inspired by Handsworth Self Portrait project of 1979, Brian Homer, one of the original architects behind that project, is calling for people across Birmingham to submit their own self-portraits to help create a snapshot of the city’s people in 2011.

Including Women based in Balsall Heath have an women’s only event on the 1st of December 2011 10-2pm (venue to be confirmed) we are expecting 70-100 women. We are looking for organisation doing women’s projects around the world particularly where women are involved in projects ‘shaping the environment’ whether locally, nationally or Internationally.
