The richest teenagers are seven times more likely to go to a top university than the poorest, according to a new report calling for additional measures to support the students that are ‘most able but least likely’.

After five days of discussions, the Conservatives and Liberal Democrats have formed a coalition with David Cameron as the new Prime Minister. David Cameron has been asked by the Queen to form a new government and he has moved into 10 Downing Street.
