CN4B has developed the Assessment Framework with the assistance of Chamberlain Forum. It is intended to help community networks work better for their members; with public and private sector agencies; and with each other.
It is an approach to: recognising good practice; identifying areas for improvement; and measuring the progress made by community networks.
…………………………………………………………………………
In other words, it should help networks:
- Identify what you are really good at
- Focus on the things you are not so good at
- Measure how you get better over time
Many of our members have already used the assessment to measure their effectiveness, make changes or indeed to celebrate good practice that they may have been totally unaware of.
We hope the framework will get better over time. If you have ideas for improving it, or questions about using it, then please get in touch with us at:
Chamberlain Forum, Keys Court, Moseley Street, Birmingham B12 0RT
info@chamberlainforum.org tel: 07795 448 462
Download a copy of the framework here – Community Network Assessment Framework
Please Note:
You are free to use the assessment but we would ask that you inform us.
We are available to supervise your group / organisation if you prefer. This service is free to full CN4B members.
